"Dr. Mansour Nejadrasool is an awesome and attentive foot doctor. I am glad that I have had the pleasure of meeting him.  I have a bone spur in my right heel, and it was so painful, I mean horrible. It felt like I was walking on a nail, and those of your reading this I feel your pain, so when I went to Dr. N He suggested that I not get another surgery as i had had one on my toe 2 years before. He suggested it more because of where the spur was located in the bottom of my right heel. He then went on to suggest a outpatient surgery that I could go home the same day with little to no pain, and it would only get better as the days go one. The procedure is called Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) Therapy, and let me tell you, I was at the point where I had to use a cane, and I could barely stand when I sat too long. My foot would burn from the plantar fasciitis, so this made it horrible all day long. I would cry at the end of every day. When Dr. N told me the procedure and that it will not only take the pain away it would actually repair the damage to my foot that the spur caused, I immediately said sign me up. It is just using my own blood platelets injected in the damaged area to repair your own body. It's sooooo cool, and it really works. I have to say in one month, the pain I had at a 10 and above has gone down to a 3 and and some days, I don't feel discomfort at all. So if you are looking to do something that is quick and not expensive at all, if your insurance doesn't cover it as mine didn't and the payment was well worth, ne walking straight again.  I do plan to go back and get another shot to completely take the rest of the pain out. I look forward to my foot finishing healing, but at this point I am so satisfied with the PRP therapy and I yes I am totally suggesting this for those who would like to get back to life fast as this therapy starts working even before you leave the office.  I do hope this helps someone make the best decision of their life. - Lateefah S.

"Dr. Mansour Nejad, and his staff are just amazing. I took my 16 year old teenage boy for an ingrown toe nail to be removed. My son was so nervous going to the clinic; however all of the staff, nurses and Dr. were just so professional, patient, amazing and most importantly he was experienced.
